Return Policy

Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.  We take pride in the quality of the products we sell and offering great customer service is our top priority.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to help you to return your purchase.

 

Refunds:

  • Returns for refund must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase.
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected the account will be credited.
  • Please allow 5 to 7 business days for a credit to appear on your account.
  • Customer is responsible for all costs to return product to Blast Motion.
 Warranty Exchanges:
  • Warranty exchanges must be made within 12 months from date of purchase.
  • If the item is sent back for an exchange, please allow 3 to 5 business days for the replacement to be processed. 
  • Customer is responsible for all costs to return product to Blast Motion.
 Conditions:
Please read all conditions below.  If conditions are not met, Blast Motion reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of not less than 15%.  
  • All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packaging material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
  • Blast Motion is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
  • Blast Motion is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting in the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us.  
  • We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
